Nine deeds recorded in Florida in July, but pricing data thin on most sales
Nine property deeds were recorded in Florida, Mass., between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two disclosed a sale price: $25,000 and $180,000, for a median of $102,500 among the disclosed sales. The month's highest-priced recorded transfer was a $180,000 deed from David Jacob Whitney to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and BankESB on July 30. Stryker Road and Tilda Hill Road each generated two deed entries tied to single property transfers. With price data covering just two of nine filings, and no comparable prior-period figures provided, the dataset does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
