Florida recorded 12 deed transactions in October, but only two carried a disclosed sale price: $160,000 and $50,000, for a median of $105,000.
Florida recorded 12 deed transactions in October, but only two carried a disclosed sale price: $160,000 and $50,000, for a median of $105,000. The month's top transaction was 64 Church Road, which sold for $160,000 on Oct. 28, with Adams Community Bank as buyer; the same buyer also acquired 137 Church Road for $50,000 on Oct. 20. The remaining 10 recordings included five mortgages, two nominal-consideration family transfers, a notice of contract, and two sales still awaiting price data. With most October filings unpriced so far, the data is too limited to characterize overall market tone this month.
