Florida Property Sales Range From $17,500 To $65,000 In Latest Deeds
Six deeds were recorded for Florida, Massachusetts properties between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12 at the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds, though only three listed a disclosed sale price. Prices ranged from $17,500 to $65,000, with a median of $35,000. The period's most notable transaction was a $65,000 sale tied to the Scenic Monroe Road Realty Trust, sold to Kurt Zimmer, in a deed that did not list a street address. Central Shaft Road accounted for three of the six recorded transfers. Financial institutions, including Greylock Federal Credit Union and Adams Community Bank, appeared as parties in four of the six deeds, and the limited disclosed-price data makes broader conclusions about market tone difficult to draw.
