Florida Home Sales Range From $12,000 To $817,500 In Late Summer
The Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Florida, Massachusetts, between July 17 and Aug. 15. Of those, four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $12,000 to $817,500, with a median of $170,563; the other seven did not list a price. The period's highest-value transaction was 65 N County Rd, which sold for $817,500 on Aug. 4. Mohawk Trail saw the most activity of any street, with three separate transfers recorded. The data shows a mix of standard sales, mortgage-related transfers, and at least one trust transaction, with pricing disclosed on fewer than half of all recorded deeds.
