Bank-related transfers account for nearly a third of Florida deed activity in August
Ten property deeds were recorded in Florida, Massachusetts, between July 31 and Aug. 29, with sale prices disclosed in seven of them, ranging from $12,000 to $817,500 and a median of $150,000. The month's top transaction was 65 North County Road at $817,500, where the buyers were listed as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and Longbridge Financial LLC rather than an individual purchaser. Adams Community Bank appeared as buyer in three separate deeds, and two properties, 47 Moores Road and 197 Whitcomb Hill Road, each generated paired filings rather than single sales. With three of 10 sale prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial picture of the period's market tone.
